The members of our Management Committee are the people behind Mission Watoto who keep it running with the passion that they have for this organisation.

Peter Mack, "I am passionate about helping the 1.8 million parentless children ofUganda have hope and a future."
General Manager: Peter Mack
Email: petermack@missionwatoto.org
Email: info@missionwatoto.org
Bio: After hearing the Watoto Children’s Choir in 2007, Peter managed a non-
denominational group called Mission Watoto which consisted mostly of
childcare workers. As a team they fundraised $58,000 and as leader of
the team he took the group to Uganda in 2008 where they built a house
and a classroom in a kindergarten at the Suubi 2 Watoto village outside
Kampala.
Since that visit Peter has taken other volunteer building teams to Uganda
and is currently preparing teams for future years. He has expanded the
scope of Mission Watoto to enable it to become an Australia wide non-
denominational organisation of which he is the General Manager.

Dennis, "Infected by the enthusiasm of others and the needs of the children. Love the concept, the opportunity and the children."
State Manager, Victoria: Dennis Rosbrook
Email: dennisrosbrook@missionwatoto.org
Bio: I became aware of Watoto through my dearest friends Peter & Ursula Mack. Listening to their experience and stories of hope and a future for 2.0 million orphaned children in a country wracked by civil unrest and despots for so long was very moving. Meeting others from their group who shared the same feelings moved me to become involved. If I can help a child who can then help their nation to rebuild and stabilise I will be very satisfied. Praise God for the opportunity.

Patrick Long "My favourite quote is from Henry Ford: Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you are right."
State Manager, Queensland: Patrick Long
Email: patricklong@missionwatoto.org
Email: secretary@missionwatoto.org
Bio: Members of Patrick’s family went on a Watoto trip to Uganda in 2009. Many of the stories they brought home were heartbreaking but also there were stories that held some hope. After seeing the Watoto Children’s Choir at a music festival during Easter 2010 Patrick decided he must become involved. He joined Mission Watoto shortly after and has been active in the organization since then.
Co-ordinator Information Technology: Zoe MacLean
Email: zoemaclean@missionwatoto.org
Email: administration@missionwatoto.org (for website problems)
Bio: Ever since she can remember, Zoe has felt a strong urging to travel to Africa and do something positive for the people there. In 2007, a trip with her high school to PNG ensured Zoe caught the (not-so)-dreaded travelling bug! So in 2009, her gap year, she travelled with the second Mission Watoto team to Uganda, where she fell in love with the organisation and the people. She looks forward to continuing to work with Mission Watoto for a long time, and many, many more trips back to Uganda.
